Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

All orders use tracked delivery. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched. Delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and handling charges not collected at checkout. Customs processing may cause delays.

Please check your delivery address before purchasing. For address changes, delayed parcels or delivery issues, email hello@teeroom.co.uk with your order number.

We remain responsible for your order until it reaches you or someone you nominate, subject to applicable law.
